What Gets Synced

The Confluence connector syncs:
  • Spaces - Workspace containers and their metadata
  • Pages - Full HTML content from wiki pages
  • Blog Posts - Published blog content
  • Comments - Comments on pages and blog posts
  • Labels - Tags and labels for organization
  • Attachments - Files embedded in pages

Authentication

This connector uses OAuth 2.0 authentication. When you connect Confluence through the Airweave UI, you’ll be prompted to authorize access to your Confluence site.

Setup

Add Confluence Connection

In Airweave, navigate to your collection and click Add SourceConfluence.

Authorize Access

Click Connect and authorize Airweave to access your Confluence Cloud instance.

Start Sync

Airweave will begin syncing your Confluence content.

Supported Entities

Confluence Spaces

Workspace containers that organize pages. Key fields:
  • Space ID, key, and name
  • Description and status
  • Homepage reference

Confluence Pages

Wiki pages with full HTML content. Key fields:
  • Page ID and title
  • HTML body content
  • Version number
  • Space association
  • Created/updated timestamps

Confluence Blog Posts

Blog entries published in Confluence. Key fields:
  • Post ID and title
  • HTML body content
  • Space and author info
  • Publication status

Comments, Labels, and More

The connector also syncs comments, labels, databases, folders, whiteboards, and custom content types.
